Clever old Jess, who writes Girl With Curls, has set up automated posts from guest bloggers to go up of their own accord while she is off on holiday; her work is at a minimum but her blog stays interesting and full of posts - brilliant. Even better, she gets to connect together several different bloggers thus sharing readers and introducing them to each other. I saw her call for guest bloggers over on the forums of 20SomethingBloggers which is a great place to find new readers for your blog and new blogs to read.
